This Agreement structurally governs your access to and use of SeoKwik's proprietary auditing engine and reporting tools. By creating an account, running a free audit, or interacting with our platform, you agree to these fundamental operational rules.

1. Service Architecture & Compute

SeoKwik evaluates websites using an advanced rendering architecture, designed to execute JavaScript and evaluate CSS overhead exactly as modern search engines do. Because this is a highly computationally intensive process, your usage is metered according to the concurrency and rate limits defined by your specific subscription tier.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize our infrastructure responsibly. Specifically, you must not:

• Abuse the Instant Audit: Attempt to bypass the unauthenticated rate limits for the free Instant Audit feature using proxies or bot networks.
• Target Unauthorized Domains: Use our high-throughput crawler to aggressively scan properties you do not have authorization to audit, potentially causing them denial-of-service conditions.
• Extract the Engine: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary rendering logic or algorithms for competitive use.

3. Subscriptions & Trials

Access to advanced features, comprehensive reports, and full-scale site crawls requires a paid subscription or trial.

• 7-Day Free Trials: All free trials strictly require a valid credit card processed through our secure billing partners to commence. We do not offer card-free trials for our premium tiers to prevent infrastructure abuse.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed directly in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription instantly at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellations halt the next renewal, but active time remaining on the cycle remains accessible.

4. Intellectual Property

The SeoKwik platform, its UI/UX, crawling methodology, and codebase are closed-source and entirely proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative products mimicking the SeoKwik core engine under any circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeoKwik, its core team, or infrastructure providers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our audit reports. Search engine algorithms shift constantly; our technical recommendations are engineered to reflect current industry truth but do not carry a legal guarantee of specific ranking improvements.
