• Billing Records: Transactional footprints managed entirely via Stripe. (We do not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers).
• Audit Targets: The exact URLs and domains you submit to our crawler pool.
• Device Telemetry: Anonymized interaction data to help us track UI performance and core web vitals across the application.

2. Processing Audit Data

When you feed a URL into our Instant Free Audit or full-site crawler, our advanced rendering environment spins up dynamically. This means our servers will temporarily access and render the target application. This rendered HTML and generated report data is tied securely to your account and is never shared publicly unless you explicitly enable a "Shared Report" white-label link.

3. Secure Data Hand-Offs

We do not aggregate or sell your personal workflow data. Your information is only transmitted to highly-vetted operational sub-processors:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud providers hosting our containerized engine.
• Payments: Our primary merchant of record (Stripe/PayPal) directly handles your 7-Day Free Trial initiation and subscription billing.
• Transactional Email: Essential delivery of audit completion alerts and password resets.

4. Security Protocol

All traffic inside the SeoKwik dashboard is strictly encrypted via TLS 1.3. Passwords and sensitive tokens are hashed using modern cryptographic standards at rest. Our infrastructure scales dynamically to isolate tenant operations.

5. Your Engineering Rights

You have full autonomy over your data presence within SeoKwik. You reserve the right to:

• Export any completed SEO audit data to CSV or PDF via your dashboard.
• Request a full purge of your historical audit runs.
• Delete your account directly via the user settings, immediately scrubbing your identity from our active database.
