Returns & Refunds
Our policy on digital product returns and subscriptions. Last updated: January 30, 2026.
Because SeoKwik relies heavily on expensive, high-throughput compute to generate rendering audits instantly, our refund and return constraints are strictly enforced.
Compute Output as Digital Goods
The fundamental product distributed by SeoKwik—including Instant Free Audits, full-site crawl data, architectural JSON exports, and white-label PDFs—constitutes immediate digital delivery via cloud compute.
We do not issue refunds for processed audits. By initiating an audit on a paid tier, you acknowledge that infrastructure resources have been permanently expended on your behalf, waiving your right to withdrawal.
Free Trials & Billing Protocol
We heavily encourage evaluating our engine before committing fully:
- Unauthenticated Access: You can test the engine safely using the Instant Free Audit widget on the homepage without any credit card required.
- Commencing a Trial: All formalized 7-Day Free Trials for Starter, Pro, or Business tiers mathematically require a valid payment method upfront. This acts as a rate-limiting filter against server abuse.
- Cancellation Window: If you cancel within the 7-day trial window, your card will never be charged. Once the trial expires and the first recurring payment successfully fires, that payment cannot be retroactively partially refunded.
Active Subscription Lifecycle
You maintain absolute control over your SeoKwik subscription directly within your settings panel.
- No Proration: Mid-cycle cancellations do not generate prorated refunds. Your access simply remains active until the exact final minute of your paid term.
Rare Exceptions
We stand by our engineering. If you experience a catastrophic technical breakage where the rendering crawler completely fails to execute rendering on standard pages resulting in empty data deliveries—and our engineering team cannot resolve the infrastructure bug within 72 hours—we will authorize a full refund for that month's cycle.
